egg33 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the egg33 platform and all related services, products, and features. "egg33", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the entity operating the egg33 service. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

1.2 Right to Modify Terms

Payments or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is also ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. egg33 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending until identity verification is complete in certain circumstances.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

egg33 strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies. In the event of suspicious activity, we are obligated to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account. Deposits must come from legitimate sources and those sources must belong to you.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on egg33 are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳12,000 (1,200 × 10) before it becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply simultaneously — please refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Fulfilling the wagering requirement is mandatory before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• egg33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• A bonus may expire if not used within a specified time period.

5.1 VIP Tier Details

egg33's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

VIP tier is determined based on your gaming activity and overall participation. Continuing to play actively provides an opportunity to advance to higher tiers over time. egg33 reserves the right to modify VIP criteria.

5.3 Cashback Applicability

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for each week. egg33's general bonus terms also apply to cashback. egg33 reserves the right to review, adjust, or discontinue cashback in certain circumstances.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

egg33 operates as a secure platform governed by a fair play policy. All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure or balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any software bug or glitch on the platform.
• Colluding with other members or playing in a fraudulent manner.

6.3 Betting Disputes

11.2 Entirety of Agreement
